The Korean Spice viburnum is a slow-growing, upright, rounded, deciduous shrub generally matures to 4-5′ tall. Snowball like collections of dark pink buds open to pastel pink and impart a pleasing fragrance in early spring. Along with its springtime attributes the foliage of Viburnum carlesii ‘Aurora’ often turns red in autumn. This medium-sized shrub makes a great focal point or use in a mixed hedge or border.
