AVAILABILITY

Plants4Home is an online retail garden center in the Seattle area. We offer a multitude of varieties of perennials, grasses, and ground covers sourced from our local growers. We strive to maintain an active inventory to offer you a broad selection of plants versus a standard retail garden center. If a plant is currently unavailable, we will offer you a list of suggested substitutes from which to choose.  Photos are a general representation of the cultivar.  Plants are shipped in varying stages of growth and size.

BILLING

We accept most credit cards and you are billed at time of ordering.

NOTIFICATION OF ORDER

Once we have received your order we will email your order confirmation and the expected delivery date.

SHIPPING POLICY

We work with a variety of high-quality nursery’s in the Pacific Northwest and the plant inventory varies daily. We will do our best to ship your order within 2 weeks once we receive the plants from the nursery. Plants4Home will routinely make decisions regarding the timing of shipping based on the weather, if it is to hot and the plants are at risk of survival, we may delay your shipment. We make every effort to package your plants well so that they arrive to you in the best possible condition.  Understand that plants may receive minor damaged in this process that will not affect the the plants health.

WHERE WE SHIP

Plants4Home ships to locations in the Lower 48.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled until 5:00pm the same day the order was placed. Our plants come direct from the local growers and once your order is received, it is sent to our distribution facility.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee all Plants4Home plants to be of high quality. It is our goal to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of your plant order. If for some reason you are not satisfied upon receiving your order contact us within 24 hrs of delivery.  Plants4Home will honor refunds for plant quality issues such as damage in delivery, pest or disease infestation, or if we deliver the wrong plant. Plants4Home is not responsible for plant death once plants are planted, this does not qualify for a refund. To request a refund, please email info@Plants4Home.com. In the subject line, please enter Plant Refund and your order number and provide a reason why you are not satisfied. We will respond back to your request within 24 hours. All refund requests must be made within 24 hours from delivery. Your refund request will be processed immediately. However, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to display on your credit card statement.

We collect personal information you provide us including your name, address, telephone number, and other personal information. Like many online stores, we also collect other non-personal information about your use of our website. We use this information to provide services and to send you gardening information and promotional materials. We do not sell or share any collected information with any non-affiliated third party.
