AVAILABILITY

Plants4Home is the largest online retail garden center in the Seattle area. We offer thousands of varieties of perennials, annuals and shrubs delivered direct from our local growers. We strive to maintain an active inventory to offer you a broad selection of plants versus a standard retail garden center. If a plant is currently unavailable, we will offer you a list of suggested substitutes from which to choose.

BILLING

We accept most credit cards and you are billed at time of ordering.

NOTIFICATION OF ORDER

Once we have received your order we will email your order confirmation and the expected delivery date.

DELIVERY POLICY/MINIMUM ORDER

We are an online regional garden center serving a specific geographical area based on zip codes. We will make every effort to deliver your order to your home within seven (7) business days of order confirmation. Because delivery of our plants is free, you must meet the minimum order requirement of $200+tax/per order. There are no additional handling or processing fees. We will begin delivery of spring orders starting in April 2017. Orders delivered without homeowner present will be left in an area at the discretion of our delivery drivers.

If you live in an apartment or condominium, please leave detailed instructions where your plants may be delivered.

GEOGRAPHICAL DELIVERY LOCATION BY ZIP CODE

At this time Plants4Home only serves the Greater Seattle area based on zip codes. Please enter your zip code to confirm you’re in our delivery area.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled until 5:00pm the same day the order was placed. Our plants come direct from the local growers and once your order is received, it is sent to our distribution facility.

REFUND POLICY

We guarantee all Plants4Home plants to be of high quality, locally grown and properly delivered. It is our goal to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality of your plant order. If for some reason you are not satisfied you may refuse to take delivery of all or part of your order and contact us for a refund. Plants4Home will honor refunds for plant quality issues such as damage in delivery, pest or disease infestation, or if we deliver the wrong plant. To request a refund, please email info@Plants4Home.com. In the subject line, please enter Plant Refund and your order number and provide a reason why you are not satisfied. We will respond back to your request within 24 hours. All refund requests must be made within 24 hours from delivery by us. Your refund request will be processed immediately. However, it may take up to 5 business days to pick up the plants and refund to display on your credit card statement.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal information you provide us including your name, address, telephone number, and other personal information. Like many online stores, we also collect other non-personal information about your use of our website. We use this information to provide services and to send you gardening information and promotional materials. We do not sell or share any collected information with any non-affiliated third party.
