A small compact shrub known for its beautiful fuzzy blue-green foliage. Its leaves are long to about 1 1/2″ long, are very furry. Flowers, appearing either alone or in pairs, are 1 ” long, wide funnel-form, pale yellow, and are sometimes hidden by the foliage, a great plant for your rock garden
