‘PJM Regal’ is a hybrid and are a small-leaved, evergreen shrub generally growing to 4-5’ tall and are noted for having exceptional winter hardiness. They have Lavender- pink flowers (color varies with cultivar) and bloom in clusters (4-9 flowers per cluster) in March-April.
