Refund policy

At Plants4Home, we take pride in offering high-quality plants to our valued customers. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your plant order. If, for any reason, you are not content upon receiving your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue refunds for plant quality issues, such as severe shipping damage, pest infestations, or diseases. Please note that Plants4Home cannot be held responsible for plant death once the plants have been planted, and such instances do not qualify for a refund.

To request a refund, kindly send an email to info@Plants4Home.com with “Plant Refund” and your order number in the subject line. In the email, please provide the reason for your dissatisfaction and include photos of the plants. All refund requests must be made within 24 hours from the delivery time. We will promptly process your refund request, but please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
