"Great customer service! I contacted them because it seemed like it was taking awhile for my plant to even be shipped (on the site it said there could be a delay). Andrea was quick to respond and inform me of things and even asked me to let her know when it arrived. She was great in answering my questions about when to plant it, etc. My Lavendula x Intermedia came in a regular shipping box which surprised me but was so carefully packaged that nothing was amiss. If you have any hesitations about buying from this company, don’t; the care for the plants and customer service is amazing. Already my plant has buds!"
